If you are unable to download the Textr Go iOS app from the App Store in Mainland China, you can start using Textr Go through either of the following methods.

Option 1: Change Your App Store Country/Region to Download Textr Go

You can switch your Apple App Store to an overseas country or region (such as the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom) and then download Textr Go.

Step 1: Change Your App Store Country/Region

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your account profile picture in the upper-right corner.

  3. Go to Account Settings.

  4. Tap Country/Region.

  5. Select an overseas country or region (for example, the United States).

Fill in Address Information

After generating an address, enter the corresponding information in the Apple Country/Region settings page.

Step 2: Reopen the App Store

After changing your country or region:

  1. Close the App Store.

Step 3: Download the Textr Go App

  1. Search for Textr Go in the App Store.

  2. Tap Get to install the app.

  3. Tap Sign Up, then enter your username and mobile phone number to complete registration.

Option 2: Use the Textr Go Web Version

If you do not want to switch your App Store region, you can use the Textr Go web version directly.

Step 1: Visit the Web Version

Step 2: Register an Account

  1. Click Sign Up.

  2. Enter your username and mobile phone number.

  3. Receive and verify the SMS verification code.

Once registration is complete, you can start using Textr Go immediately.

1. Will changing my App Store country or region affect my Apple ID?
