- Possible Delays: Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order well in advance. We appreciate your patience and understanding. For assistance, our customer service team is always available.
Where We Ship
We offer shipping to the following regions:
- U.S. and Canada: Physical SIM cards can be delivered to any address in the United States (excluding Alaska) or Canada (excluding Yukon).
- Mainland China: Shipping to Mainland China is currently under review and will be confirmed at a later date.
Accuracy is Key

- Change Before Shipping: You can update your shipping information with our support team at support@textrapp.com before your SIM card is dispatched.
- No Changes Post-Shipping: Once your SIM card has been shipped, changes cannot be made. Incorrect details may lead to complications, and we are unable to offer returns or refunds in such cases.

Using and Activating Your SIM Card
Depending on your selection during purchase, your SIM card activation will follow one of these methods:
- Immediate Activation: Your SIM card is ready for use as soon as it arrives.
- Scheduled Activation: If you chose a specific activation date, the SIM card will become active after 4:00 AM UTC on the chosen date. Please wait until this time to start using your card.
Stay Updated
- Order Status: You can track your SIM card’s order status in the "Order History" section under the "US Cell Phone Plan" banner in your Textr account.
