To understand our refund policy better, refer to the following conditions:


1. Acceptable Refund Requests

You may be eligible to request a refund if you meet both of the following criteria:

  1. You have not installed eSIM.

  2. You have not activated the data plan.

To request a refund, kindly contact support@textrapp.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.


2. Unacceptable Refund Requests

If you have already installed Textr Go eSIM, even even if the data plan is not activated, you are not eligible for a refund.


Data plans purchased using referral codes, coupons, or credits are non-refundable.


Textr Go reserves the right to decline any refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or fraudulent activities related to the use of Textr Go products and services.
