You can keep your Textr Go phone number as long as you are subscribed to a plan and remain active (outbound call or text) each month.
If your plan expires or is canceled, your number may be suspended. Numbers that remain inactive for more than 30 days after plan expiration may be reclaimed without further notice. To avoid losing your number, please renew your plan before it expires.
If a number is reclaimed due to expiration or prolonged inactivity, you can purchase a new phone number at any time within the app.
Note: Phone number availability is subject to inventory and cannot be guaranteed once released.
