The US Cell Phone Plan includes 50 voice minutes and 300 SMS messages per month, with no mobile data. Below is an overview of how billing and management work:

  1. Billing Cycles:
    • The plan operates on a 30-day cycle (monthly = 30 days, quarterly = 90 days, yearly = 360 days).
    • Your billing cycle starts on the activation date and renews automatically.
  2. Charges:
    • Charges are automatically deducted from your account balance on the renewal date.
    • Ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid service interruptions.
  3. Cancellation:
    • You can cancel your plan at any time, and it will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  4. Subscription & Payment Management::
    • Manage your subscription and payment settings easily within the app.
    • Numbers canceled, including those due to unpaid subscriptions, can be restored within 14 days.
    • The one-time activation fee will not be charged again for restored numbers. However, additional fees may apply if you request a new eSIM or SIM card, including eSIM/SIM and shipping fees.
