1. Is This a Virtual Number Service?

  • No, this is a real US phone number. You don’t need an internet connection to call and text within the US. It works just like a regular cell phone plan.

2. Is This Plan Limited to Use Within the US?

  • No, you can use this plan globally. With a compatible phone, you can make and receive calls to U.S. phone numbers from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection, and texting works worldwide.

3. Does This Plan Include Data?

  • No, this plan focuses on call minutes and texts, making it ideal for users who don’t need data.

4. Will I Incur Any Additional Charges?

  • No, this is a prepaid plan. You pay a fixed amount upfront, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

Number Allocation and Availability

5. Are All the Numbers Provided New, or Are Some Reassigned?

  • Some numbers may be reassigned. These numbers are returned to the available pool after being frozen by T-Mobile for 60-180 days. Before being reassigned, they are thoroughly checked and reset to ensure they are ready for new users.

6. Is There a Limit to the Number of US Cell Phone Plans I Can Purchase?

Yes, here are the limits:

  • You can buy up to 3 plans per order.
  • Each account can purchase up to 10 plans per day. For bulk orders, please contact customer support.
  • You must choose either eSIM or physical SIM per order—you cannot select both in the same order.

SIM Management

7. What If I Don’t Have a Permanent US Address?

  • No problem! If you’re a short-term visitor, you can use the address of your hotel, Airbnb, or other temporary accommodation for registration.

8. What Happens If I Remove My eSIM Profile?

  • If you remove your eSIM profile, you’ll be disconnected from the network and won’t be able to reinstall it on any device. To restore service, you’ll need to contact customer support for a new eSIM. Additional eSIM/SIM fees will apply.

9. Can I Reactivate My Number After It Expires?

  • Yes, you can reactivate your number within 14 days after it expires. Simply contact customer support to start the reactivation process.

10. What Should I Do If I Miss a Payment?

  • If you missed a payment, your service might be temporarily suspended. To restore your service, make the payment as soon as possible.
